HOW DID YOU FIRST LEARN ABOUT TSH AND WHAT DREW YOU TO US?
I learned about TSH from attending AAF Student Day in Sioux Falls. I was drawn to TSH because it was a smaller agency, but still had such a wide arrangement of different clients.
WHAT ARE 3 WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE SAMPSON HOUSE?
Aesthetic, Engaging, Experiential
WHAT PROJECTS ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON? AND WHICH HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE SO FAR?
I have enjoyed getting to learn all about Hungry For Truth projects because I grew up on a farm and it is fun to see all the different things they are doing for their community.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WAKE UP AND GO TO WORK?
Knowing that I get to wake up every morning and experience something completely different than the day before makes each day fulfilling. I am lucky that we get to work with so many different clients so that you are experiencing something new every day.
WHAT DO YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT WORK?
I spend most of my free time with friends and family. During the summer, you can either find me at the lake or on the golf course in any spare second I have!
WHEN DID YOU DEVELOP AN INTEREST IN ART, DESIGN AND MARKETING?
In high school, I was a part of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) organization. This was where I first started realizing it was something I really enjoyed doing and that I wanted to continue pursuing it in college.
WHAT’S A CURRENT MARKETING TREND YOU SEE HAPPENING RIGHT NOW?
Influencer Marketing is something that has been huge for a while and continues to grow. As much as we hate to admit it, we are so easily influenced by what we see on social media. Micro-Influencers are becoming more popular because younger generations like content that is more relatable to their lifestyle.
WHO WOULD BE YOUR DREAM CLIENT TO WORK ON AND WHY?
A client that I think would be really fun to work with is a big university/college. Being able to recruit students through your marketing plan would be extremely rewarding and fun in the process!
BEST ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED?
“If you are always racing to the next moment, you are not appreciating the one you are in.”
DESCRIBE YOURSELF IN 3 WORDS -
Ambitious, genuine, dependable
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR POSITION?
Right now the favorite part of my position is getting to explore a lot of the day-to-day things that The Sampson House does.
WHAT’S YOUR ULTIMATE BUCKET-LIST TRAVEL DESTINATION?
Barcelona, Spain!
IF YOU COULD MEET ANYONE, LIVING OR DEAD, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY?
I have always said that if I could meet anyone, it would be Amelia Earhart. I have always found her to be inspiring because she had a lot of bravery and courage to be the first woman, among all of those men, to want to fly. I also really want to know the full story of her last flight.
FAVORITE RESTAURANT?
Crave
3 INTERESTING THINGS ABOUT YOU:
I grew up on a farm in a very small town in Nebraska.
I can play 5 different instruments.
I got my undergraduate degree in 3 years.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY LISTENING TO ON YOUR PLAYLIST?
Zach Bryan, Zach Bryan, and more Zach Bryan.
GO-TO TV SHOW?
The show I could watch over and over again will always be Gossip Girl!
HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?
I have always viewed success as a journey, not just an end destination. Every little milestone, big or small, moves me forward and advances my knowledge and enhances my skill set on the way to an end goal.
WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE HERE AT TSH?
Being straight out of college, I am bringing to TSH a fresh mind with a different perspective on marketing strategies and an inside look into Generation Z’s thought process.
