HOW DID YOU FIRST LEARN ABOUT TSH AND WHAT DREW YOU TO US?

I first learned about The Sampson House at the AAF awards. They sponsor the event and I was impressed with all the professional work. Toward my graduation, I was looking for jobs and I saw that they were hiring. After applying and interviewing, I was drawn to the company's culture and values. Everyone is very charismatic about the work they do, and I know as a designer, I will grow immensely.

WHAT ARE 3 WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE SAMPSON HOUSE?

Passionate, Modern, Professional

WHAT PROJECTS ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON? AND WHICH HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE SO FAR?

At the moment I am working on social media graphics and animations for Frontier Bank. Recently, I just finished a can design for the AAF Design contest, and that’s definitely been my favorite.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WAKE UP AND GO TO WORK?

Every day I like to go to work to challenge myself to constantly find creative solutions and opportunities.

WHAT DO YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT WORK?
Usually, I am hanging out with friends, playing video games, or just making art in general!

WHEN DID YOU DEVELOP AN INTEREST IN ART, DESIGN AND MARKETING?

I started drawing when I was very little, all the way back to elementary school. I would draw these wacky characters and jam out to music. Now I get to do it professionally!

WHAT’S A CURRENT MARKETING TREND YOU SEE HAPPENING RIGHT NOW?

I think 3D graphics and animations are becoming very prominent in all mediums of design.

WHO WOULD BE YOUR DREAM CLIENT TO WORK ON AND WHY?

I would love to have Adult Swim as a client someday. They have a very ironic sense of humor on their social media, and they are extremely in tune with designers with a wide variety of mediums.
