Career Benefits + Perks Here. The Sampson House operates out of our downtown Sioux Falls office and holds a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote. Applicants must live in or around the Sioux Falls area or be willing to relocate.

Social Media Coordinator -

We are looking to add a savvy Social Media Coordinator to The Sampson House team. This person will be crucial in managing and executing social media strategies and campaigns for The Sampson House and our clients. They will be responsible for crafting engaging content, scheduling posts, and maintaining a strong online presence across various social media platforms. In addition to managing organic social media, this person will assist with paid media campaigns and executions by boosting content and setting up ad creative.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for The Sampson House and clients.

  • Concept social content that is strategic, insightful, relevant, and original.

  • Craft compelling social media and blog content copy, maintaining a unified brand voice across clients.

  • Create and manage social media editorial calendar.

  • Schedule social media content across various social platforms.

  • Strategically organizing copy and information for email marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain daily social media presence, including monitoring channels, engaging with followers, and responding to comments.

  • Manage multiple social media platforms for clients and agency, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Design and implement Asana templates for project management and task tracking.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients. 

  • Take thorough meeting notes and distribute action items to relevant team members.

  • Manage social media advertising efforts, including boosting posts and monitoring performance. 

  • Assist with media and market research.

  • Contract media buys, maximizing effectiveness and efficiency based on campaign budget and goals for all digital and social media.

  • Track and measure ongoing performance, providing optimization recommendations to improve existing social media campaigns.

QUALITIES + REQUIREMENTS - 

  • A four-year college degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field

  • 1+ years of marketing or agency experience 

  • Passion for social media and digital marketing.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of digital marketing across search, display, and programmatic platforms.

  • Experience working in Google Sheets, slides, and docs
